HER TRUTH, unfiltered.

Narrative Counselling & Identity Integration

Her Truth Unfiltered is a trauma-informed counselling space for individuals navigating identity shifts, repeated patterns, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions.

This work is grounded in narrative approaches, nervous system awareness, and relational safety. We focus on understanding the stories shaping your life so you can relate to them with more choice, clarity, and agency.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not coaching, branding,
or spiritual guidance.
It is not crisis intervention or emergency care.

Counselling here is paced, collaborative, and centered on your lived experience

Boundaries for work with Chloe

who this is for

  • This work is trauma-informed, narrative-based, and paced with respect for your nervous system.
We focus on understanding the stories shaping your identity, relationships, and choices so you can relate to them with more awareness and agency.

Sessions are collaborative and non-directive. There is no pressure to perform, disclose everything at once, or arrive with a defined goal.

  • This space is built on relational safety, consent, and clarity.
You set the pace. Your boundaries are respected. Your lived experience is taken seriously.

Counselling here prioritizes steadiness over urgency and presence over productivity.

  • This work may be supportive if you notice yourself returning to the same emotional, relational, or situational patterns, even when you consciously want something different.

Together, we explore how these patterns formed, what they may have protected, and how they continue to influence your life, without shame or blame.

  • Counselling can support you if you struggle with boundaries, over-giving, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions.

We explore where these patterns come from and how to develop clearer self-trust, discernment, and emotional boundaries.

  • This space may be helpful during periods when your sense of self feels unclear, disrupted, or in transition.

This can include shifts in roles, values, relationships, beliefs, or direction. Identity here is treated as something that evolves, not something that needs fixing.

  • Counselling can offer support during significant transitions such as grief, separation, motherhood, burnout, relocation, or career changes.

These moments often hold both loss and possibility. This work allows space to make meaning without rushing resolution.

  • If you feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re feeling, counselling can support awareness, grounding, and regulation.

Emotions are approached as information, not problems to eliminate.

How sessions work:

Sessions are one-to-one and confidential.

We work at a pace that respects your nervous system and capacity. There is no expectation to perform, disclose everything at once, or arrive with a “clear goal.”

Together, we explore meaning, patterns, and the stories that influence how you relate to yourself and others.

  • This session offers ongoing, trauma-informed counselling support in a steady and collaborative space.
It is designed for individuals who want regular time to explore emotions, patterns, identity, or life experiences without urgency or pressure for outcomes.

Sessions are paced with care, grounded in narrative approaches, and responsive to what is present for you in the moment. There is no expectation to arrive with a clear agenda or to work toward a specific result.

  • The extended session provides additional time and spaciousness for deeper narrative exploration or support during periods of transition.
It may be helpful when you are navigating complex emotions, identity shifts, or moments that require more containment and reflection.

This session allows for a slower pace, greater integration, and more time to work with meaning and context, while remaining grounded in counselling ethics and relational safety.

  • The Narrative Integration Intensive is a time-bound counselling offering for individuals at a significant threshold or transition.
This may include endings, identity changes, grief, or moments when something in your life is asking to be understood more fully.

Rather than ongoing sessions, this intensive provides a structured counselling process over a defined period of time. Together, we explore meaning, patterns, and lived experience with depth and containment, supporting integration without rushing resolution.

This offering is not coaching, crisis care, or spiritual guidance.
Fit is determined collaboratively prior to booking to ensure this level of work is appropriate.

Learn more about Chloe, Trauma Survivor.

I bring lived experience into this work alongside trauma-informed counselling training and a deep respect for pacing, safety, and consent.

My understanding of trauma, identity, and resilience is not abstract. It has been shaped by navigating anxiety, addiction recovery, neurodivergence, single motherhood, loss, and profound life disruption.

This work is grounded in the belief that understanding your story does not require reliving it, and that healing does not require disclosure beyond what feels safe and appropriate for you.

I’m here to support you with care, clarity, and steadiness. Not from a place of having “been through everything,” but from having learned how to listen without urgency, judgment, or fixing.
