IN THIS LESSON

This is the core exercise of this chapter in the art of authorship: rewrite the story.

You will write your Old Story clearly and directly, then dismantle it using four grounding questions that test its universality, its function, and its factual basis. From there, you will construct a revised belief that honors the survival logic while choosing a conscious direction forward. The rewrite must feel believable to your nervous system. The goal is coherence, not inspiration.
