I originally created this practice for my son, Harlem, as a way to help him feel steady and protected in overwhelming environments, and it became something I use regularly myself.
The Golden Bubble is a simple regulation exercise you can use anytime to create psychological safety, protect your energy, and clear your field. It’s a visualization that helps your nervous system settle and reminds you that you are allowed to observe your thoughts without absorbing everything around you. I originally created this practice for my son, Harlem, as a way to help him feel steady and protected in overwhelming environments, and it became something I use regularly myself. You’ll hear me reference the Golden Bubble often throughout this work because authorship requires clarity, and clarity is easier when your internal space feels contained.
